Capecitabine and fluorouracil in the treatment of colorectal and gastric cancer: comparative analysis

Summary. The analysis of the results of multicenter randimized trials phase II–III was carried out. The efficacy, toxiсity and safety capecitabine or fluorouracil-containing regimen in the treatment of pаtients with colorectal or gastric cancer were compared.
