Electrokinetic characteristics of lymphoid cells in patients with chronic and acute leukemia and non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas
Summary. The ζ-potential and surface electric charge of lymphocytes of patients with chronic lymphatic leukemia, lymphoma from the cells of mantle zone in phase of leukemization, and blast cells of patients with acute myeloid leukemia have been studied. The assumption of cationic distinctions on the surface of the transformed cells has been advanced. The appearance of lymphocytes subpopulation with violations of the surface ionic balance during or as a result of leukemization of the B-cells lymphoma from the mantle zone cells was noted.
