Development trends of immune therapy in oncology. Review of researches, carried out in National Cancer Institute

Summary. The rate of 5-year survival in cancer patients in Ukraine after performing antitumor treatment is not exceeding 50%, which is lower in comparison to United States at 1.5–3 times. One of the reasons is that the basic methods of treatment are targeted exclusively to the appeared tumor but not to personification at every patient with the use of immune therapy methods. The treatment with the use of immune therapy leads to the increase of 5-year survival rate in oncological patients.
