Summary. The job is devoted to the place of lipofilling in modern oncoplastic mammology. The authors clarified the steps of the indicated procedure, the most widespread methods of its application are resulted with pointing of failing and advantages of each of methods. The experience of implementation of lipofilling is described at a 21 patient with the breast cancer in the context of world practice.
