Summary. Modern views on inducting mechanisms, clinical courses and diagnosing of Ph´-negative chronic myeloproliferative disorders (CMPD) are presented. Molecular, genetic aspects of origin and existing classifications such variants of CMPD as essethial thrombocythemia, polycythemia vera, chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis are analysed.
