Summary. The results of echocardiography in patients with lymphoma (non-Hodgkin’s large B-cell lymphoma, Hodgkin’s lymphoma) who receive cardioaggressive schemes of polychemotherapy in the clinic of the National Cancer Institute have been analyzed. Sonography of the heart was performed in 122 patients with the purpose to evaluate the changes of the parameters of diastolic function of the myocardium of the left ventricle of the heart, which allowed to determine early preclinical appearance of cardiotoxicity, choose the optimal schemes of polychemotherapy, accompanying therapy at the first signs of cardiodepression, develop recommendations for the patients management in the future.
