Summary. Treatment of patients with HIV-associated lymphomas is currently one of the most pressing issues, not only for hematologists, and specialists in infectious diseases. Treatment of HIV-associated lymphomas is based both on the results of a large multicenter studies involving HIV-negative patients, and relevant national and international standards, as well as on data from clinical studies that have been conducted in HIV-positive patients.
