Summary. About a third of patients with lymphoproliferative disorders are persons of reproductive age. With modern treatment protocols they have a better chance of full recovery. Oncologists and other doctors are faced with an entirely new problems — the late complications of treatment, which may impair the quality of life of patients and even be the cause of death. Among reasons of deteriorating of quality of life is infertility. The review presents possible methods of fertility preserving, their advantages and disadvantages.
