Head and neck schwannoma. Clinical case of big schwannoma of base of tongue

Summary. An analysis of surgical treatment of extracranial head and neck schwannomas in 23 patients was performed. We obtain good immediate and long-term results. A difficult case of a large schwannoma of the tongue is interesting for diagnosis and surgical removal.
