Summary. Peculiarities of therapeutic pathomorphosis of breast cancer in preoperative use of selective intra-arterial and systemic intravenous polychemotherapy are shown. Special attention is given to the analysis of the status of vascularization of breast cancer stroma as key factor of pathogenesis and prognosis of the disease.
