Intraoperative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemoperfusion in combined treatment of local-advanced and disseminated gastric cancer

Summary. Assesment of results use a novel strategy of combined treatment with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemoperfusion (HIPEC) in patients with intraperitoneal disseminated gastric cancer was purpose of the study. The frequency of postoperative complications with the use of HIPEC was 26,5%, postoperative mortality — 4,1%.
