Open Access Policy

The journal «Clinical Oncology» adheres to an Open Access policy, which is based on the principles of the free dissemination of scientific knowledge and allows materials to be downloaded, read and cited free of charge. All articles in the journal are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs (CC BY-NC-ND) licence, which allows readers to download and read the manuscript free of charge. Citation is permitted only provided that a reference to the author of the publication and a formatted link to the manuscript are included. Any modifications or commercial use are strictly prohibited. This licence applies automatically to all submitted manuscripts.

Terms of Use for Copyrighted Material

Authors who publish their manuscripts in the journal retain the copyright to their work, but grant the journal the right of first publication and submit the article under open access licences, as well as granting the journal the right to publish original scientific articles containing the results of clinical, experimental and theoretical research that are not under consideration for publication in other journals.

Authors bear full responsibility for the originality and content of the manuscript, the reliability of the results, compliance with ethical standards, and the accuracy of citations.

Authors grant the editorial board the right to publish the work and distribute it in the journal (in electronic and printed form) within Ukraine and other countries via subscription.

Upon publication of the article, the author transfers to the journal’s editorial board the rights to publish the article in Ukrainian (English) and to distribute its printed version; to translate the article into English (for articles in Ukrainian) and to distribute the printed version of the translation; distribution of the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of the English translation of the article (for articles in Ukrainian), through publication on the journal’s official website, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.

The author reserves the right to use the materials of the article, in whole or in part, for educational purposes; for writing their own theses; for preparing abstracts, conference papers, and oral presentations; to post an electronic copy of the article, downloaded from the journal’s official website, on personal web resources or the web resources of the institution where they work;

A bibliographic reference to the article or a link to its electronic copy on the journal’s official website is mandatory.
