Case of late metastases of skin melanoma

Summary. A clinical case of late metastases of skin melanoma is described. The patient after radical removal of skin melanoma on her foot (T2N0M0 stage) had tumor progression as a subcutaneous transit metastasis in the shin 24 years later.
