The infrahyoid myocutaneous flap in oral cancer surgery

Summary. The study analyzed the results of reconstructive treatment and recovery of 24 patients with oral cancer stages II–III using infrahyoid myocutaneous flap. High levels of functional rehabilitation in patients has been reached. It is shown that application of the flap after radical radiotherapy doses associated with a high risk of necrotic complications.
