Summary. Breast cancer (BC) affects approximately 1 in 3,000 pregnant women (0.03–0.3%) and is the second most common malignancy diagnosed during pregnancy. Currently, both globally and in Ukraine, there are no clear guidelines or recommendations for managing pregnant women with cancer, and decisions for each case must be made individually by a multidisciplinary team, balancing the risks to both mother and fetus. General approaches and personal experience in managing patients with BC diagnosed during pregnancy are presented.
