Summary. The comparative analysis of combine treatment patients with primary advanced breast cancer was performed. Patients were divided on two groups: without surgical treatment (1 group – 79 patients), and 2 group – 42 patients with surgical treatment. We investigated overall 3- and 5-year’s survival by Kaplan — Mayer method. Results showed higher 3- and 5-year’s survival on 29 and 26% respectively in the second group. In the second group patients with neoadjuvant treatment had higher 3- and 5-year’s survival on 20 and 10% respectively.
