Nephron-sparing surgery in renal cell carcinoma

Summary. The article presents the results of 379 nephron-sparing operations for renal cell carcinoma. The terms of preoperative diagnostics and indications for this type of interference are discussed. The technique of the operation, as well as the long-term results are described.
