Summary. Authors had conducted this review to assess the role of a Fast Track Surgery program in surgical treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies. Results: application of a Fast Track program significantly reduces terms of rehabilitation and costs of treatment of colorectal, gastric and pancreatic cancer.
