Compliance with the ERAS protocol depends on 4 factors related to both the professional level of the medical staff and the provision of the medical institution with technical, financial and human resources, as well as the individual characteristics of each patient. The interaction of these factors has a decisive influence on the implementation of all components of the protocol. Effective communication of all participants in the treatment process also plays an important role.
